This Policy discloses the privacy practices for Agent Attraction Playbook's website at theattractionplaybook.com and its related pages, funnels, and challenges, including the free Agent Attraction Challenge (the "Site"), as well as related products and services we may offer to you (the "Service"). This Policy also covers how personal and other information that we receive or collect about you is treated. Please read the information below to learn the following regarding your use of this Site.

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address you provided, by placing a prominent notice on our Site, and by updating the date at the bottom of this page. Your continued use of the Site and/or Services after such modifications will constitute your (a) acknowledgment of the modified Policy; and (b) your agreement to abide and be bound by that Policy.

IMPORTANT: BY USING THE SITE AND/OR OFFERINGS AVAILABLE ON THIS SITE, YOU GIVE YOUR CONSENT THAT ALL PERSONAL DATA THAT YOU SUBMIT MAY BE PROCESSED BY US IN THE MANNER AND FOR THE PURPOSES DESCRIBED BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, DO NOT USE THE SITE.

1. Types of Information We Collect

In order to better provide you with our Service, we collect two types of information about our users: Personally Identifiable Information ("PII") and Aggregate Information.

Personally Identifiable Information: This refers to information that lets us know the specifics of who you are. When you engage in certain activities on this Site, such as registering for a challenge, webinar, or account, downloading or purchasing a product or service, submitting content, or sending us feedback, we may ask you to provide certain information about yourself. Examples of PII may include your first and last name, email address, mailing address, telephone number, brokerage or company, and other identifying information. When ordering products or services on the Site, you may be asked to provide a credit card number.

Aggregate Information: This refers to information that does not by itself identify a specific individual. We gather certain information about you based upon where you visit on our Site and what other sites may have directed you to us. This information may include the URL of the site you came from, the URL you go to after visiting our Site, the browser and device you are using, your Internet Protocol ("IP") address, and how you interact with our pages (for example, which pages you view and which forms you complete).

2. How We Collect and Use Information

Agent Attraction Playbook does not collect any PII about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. You may provide PII to us when you: (a) register for a challenge, event, or account on our Site; (b) submit a form or otherwise contact us; (c) send us an email or other message; or (d) submit payment information when purchasing products and services on our Site.

We will primarily use your PII to deliver the products, services, events, and communications you request. We will also use certain information to operate and improve our Site, measure and improve our marketing and advertising, statistically analyze Site use, and personalize our content and offers. We may use your PII to send you administrative notices, respond to your inquiries, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, and enforce our agreements with you, including our Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy.

We, and our third party advertising and analytics partners (described in Section 4), may also collect Aggregate Information to diagnose technical problems, administer and secure our Site, measure the performance of our advertising, and understand how visitors use the Site.

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

When you use our Site, we and our partners store cookies and use similar tracking technologies (such as pixels, tags, and local storage) on your device. A cookie is a small data text file stored on your device that helps identify your browser. These technologies allow us to recognize returning visitors, remember your preferences, measure and analyze Site usage, and deliver, measure, and improve our advertising.

Some of these technologies are used for advertising and analytics and do collect information about your actions on our Site (for example, the pages you view and whether you complete a registration) so that we and our advertising partners can measure ad performance and show you relevant ads on other platforms. This includes the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel, described in Section 4.

Most browsers are initially set up to accept cookies, but you can reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. You may also use the banner or controls on our Site, where available, to manage your preferences. If you disable cookies, some parts of the Site may not function properly.

4. Advertising, Analytics, and the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel

We advertise our challenges, events, and services on third party platforms, including Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram) and other advertising and analytics providers. To measure and optimize this advertising, our Site uses the Meta Pixel and similar tools.

The Meta Pixel is a piece of code that, together with cookies, collects information such as the pages you visit on our Site, the actions you take (for example, viewing our registration page or completing a registration), your device and browser information, and your IP address. This information is shared with Meta and used to: measure the effectiveness of our ads; show our ads to you and to people with similar interests; and build audiences for future advertising (including retargeting people who visited our Site).

Meta processes this information in accordance with its own data policy. To learn more about how Meta uses your data, and to adjust your ad preferences, you can visit Meta's privacy settings and the Facebook and Instagram ad preference controls in your account. You can also opt out of interest based advertising from participating companies through industry tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info) and the Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org).

We may receive aggregate, but not individually identifying, reports from our advertising partners about how many ads were shown and clicked.

5. SMS and Text Message Communications

If you provide your phone number and opt in (for example, by checking the consent box on one of our forms), you agree to receive marketing, promotional, and informational text messages from Agent Attraction Playbook at the number you provided, including messages sent by automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you can reply HELP for assistance. We will treat your opt out request in accordance with applicable law.

Mobile opt in information and consent are not shared, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for service providers that help us deliver the messaging service on our behalf.

6. Release of Information

Agent Attraction Playbook will not sell, trade, or rent your PII to others for their own marketing purposes. We do provide some of our products and services through contractual arrangements with affiliates, service providers, and partners ("Service Partners"), such as our website and marketing platform (HighLevel / Social Connector), payment processors, email and SMS providers, and advertising and analytics providers. We and our Service Partners may use some PII in order to perform these services, for example to process a payment or to deliver a product or service you requested.

We require our Service Partners to protect your information and to use it only to provide services to us. However, other sites accessible through our Site, including our advertising and Service Partners, have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the policies or practices of third parties, and we encourage you to review them.

Occasionally we may be required by law enforcement or judicial authorities to provide PII to the appropriate governmental authorities. In such cases, we will disclose PII upon receipt of a court order, subpoena, or to cooperate with a law enforcement investigation.

We may also provide Aggregate Information about our customers' traffic patterns and Site usage to third parties, but this information does not include any Personally Identifiable Information.

7. Your California and U.S. State Privacy Rights (Do Not Sell or Share)

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar state laws, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to access or delete it, the right to correct it, and the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information.

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, our use of advertising technologies such as the Meta Pixel (described in Section 4) may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under some state laws, because information about your visit is shared with advertising partners for targeted advertising.

To opt out of this sharing, you may: (a) decline or manage cookies through the banner or controls on our Site, where available; (b) use your browser's cookie controls or a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal; and (c) adjust your ad settings directly with the advertising platforms. To make any other privacy request, or to exercise your rights, contact us using the information in Section 11. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

8. Updating and Correcting Information

We believe you should be able to access and correct the PII you have provided to us. You may ask us to update, correct, or delete your information by contacting us using the information in Section 11. Please note that some information, such as records of past transactions, may be retained as required for legal, accounting, or security purposes, and some residual information may remain in our backups.

9. Security of Your Information

We strive to take appropriate security measures, consistent with current industry standards, to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your PII. We limit access to PII to employees, contractors, and agents who have a reasonable need to access it, and we use physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards, including encryption and secured servers.

Credit card transactions and order fulfillment are handled by established third party processors (such as our payment providers), which receive the information needed to authorize and process your payment.

Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your PII, you acknowledge that there are security and privacy limitations inherent to the Internet that are beyond our control, and that the security, integrity, and privacy of information exchanged through this Site cannot be guaranteed.

In the event that PII is compromised as a result of a breach of security, Agent Attraction Playbook will promptly notify affected persons by email or as otherwise required by applicable law.

10. Children

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site. By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose PII about anyone under 18.

12. GDPR: European and UK Data Subjects

Where we collect and process the personal data of individuals in the EU or UK, we do so in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR. We use the HighLevel platform to collect and manage marketing lists and campaigns; for that processing, HighLevel acts as a processor and Agent Attraction Playbook acts as the controller of the personal data of our contacts. We only process such personal data for the purposes described in this Policy and in compliance with our obligations, and appropriate data processing agreements are in place with our processors.
